Every DoK hero brings a once-per-turn trick, and half of them trigger in someone else's phase. Nine heroes deep into a combat round, "did the Shrine aura happen?" is a real question. One token per hero: set it by the unit it's buffing, flip it back when it's spent.

Each token names the ability, the hero it belongs to, and the effect in engraved shorthand — with its own icon (laurel blade, book and dagger, medusa, cauldron…) so you can spot the right one across the table.
